    We recommend booking your planner as soon as possible once you have set your wedding date and determined location. Many top planners book up quickly especially for popular wedding dates. We suggest contacting planners you are interested in 12-18 months prior to your big day.

  • What is the difference between a wedding coordinator and a wedding planner?

    A coordinator focuses on vendor management and executing existing plans leading up to and on the wedding day. They do not design or plan wedding elements. A planner is involved from the very beginning, conceptualizing and bringing to life the couple’s vision by handling all creative aspects, vendor selection, and coordination.

  • What happens if my planner cannot make it on my wedding day?

    We have an experienced backup coordinator assigned to every wedding, so you will have coverage if an emergency comes up. We also create in-depth plans and timelines so anyone could successfully coordinate based on the outlined details.

  • How many in-person meetings will we have?

    It depends on the planning package selected, but most couples do 2-3 in-person design meetings in addition to a walkthrough of the venue at the 1-month mark, followed by a final meeting the week of the wedding. We have found this provides enough face time but also allows us to communicate efficiently via email and phone when needed.
