Open House Event Services

Real Estate Agents, we know you’re busy! You have client’s to meet and houses / condos to sell.  When you have an open house you need to play host and network with guests, but how can you do both well?  Leave the hosting to us!  Walk up to your Open House 15 minutes early and find it ready to go for you and your guests to get down to business.  When your perspective clients leave for the day, they’ll have enjoyed a fabulous experience in their, dare we say, new home?

Services Include:
– Arriving early and prepping an open bar for your guests
– Server with welcome champagne as your guests enter the house
– Valet
– Passed appetizers or desserts
– Presentation video of the home and amenities (provided by agent)
– Promotional gifts branded with Agent’s info – including wine, champagne, hats or other fun swag
– Welcome signage, balloons and other decorations
– Live entertainment
– Cleanup and wrapout
