Angel & Namson: A Wedding Like the 4th of July

Share this post with your friends

Angel & Namson had a very specific wedding in mind.  Both lawyers, and both absolutely in love, they decided on a 4th of July themed wedding a few weeks before Independence Day 2017.  Creative Happens worked with Angel and Namson to coordinate their decorations, vendors, bridal party, transportation and more.  Team members Dan and Allison were on site to help setup decorations, centerpieces and fun summer games throughout the property.

That afternoon, Angel and Namson tied the knot under a gorgeous old oak tree at a ranch in Temecula.  They were do dedicated to their 4th of July theme, Namson wore a traditional revolutionary war jacket for his suit, and has his groomsmen read from the Declaration of Independence. Angel glowed in her gorgeous wedding gown, delighting guests with her energy and excitement for the day.

After the ceremony, guests were treated to 5 different food vendors that had setup on the property, including Empanadas, Tacos, Lobster Rolls an Ice Cream Bar and more!

The venue was decked out with photo opportunities, including a full on 4th of July themed photo booth and a large “LOVE” sign that was back-lit for some wonderful evening photos with family and friends. Guests were invited to try their hand at throwing tomahawks at a target, corn-hole and other picnic games.

The dance floor was nestled under a gorgeous tree, with a chandelier lighting the way for dancers once the sun went down.  String lights hanging across the reception area decked out the space while family and friends danced the night away.

After a beautiful father/daughter and mother/son dance, and a not to be missed first dance between the beautiful couple, guests were treated to wedding favors featuring American themed goodies, scarves for the ladies, and handmade revolutionary era cuff links for the men.

It was a red, white and blue wedding down to the very last minute, and guests had a fabulous time celebrating under the stars and late into the evening!
